Quick Answers to Common Questions:
Orders placed over the weekend or after 2pm on Friday are sent out the following Monday.
If you’ve received a dispatch email but can’t see tracking updates yet, don’t worry. It usually appears on the Royal Mail system by around 9pm the same day.
If your order gets sent back to us because of an address issue, Royal Mail may hold it for up to three weeks. Once it’s returned to us, we’ll be happy to arrange a refund or send it out again.
